Using BufferUp
You must provide accurate account information, protect your login credentials, and have authority to connect every organization, client, and social account you add. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for complying with the rules of each connected platform.
Your content
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant BufferUp the limited permission needed to store, process, format, schedule, publish, and display that content at your direction. You confirm that you have the rights necessary to use and publish it.
Acceptable use
You may not use BufferUp to break the law, violate intellectual-property or privacy rights, distribute malware or spam, bypass platform restrictions, interfere with the service, or access accounts and data without authorization.
Third-party services
BufferUp connects to independent services including social platforms, authentication providers, and AI or MCP integrations. Their availability, permissions, policies, and decisions are outside BufferUp’s control. Your use of those services remains governed by their own terms.
Availability and termination
Features may change as connected platforms update their APIs. We may suspend access required to protect BufferUp, users, or third parties. You may stop using the service and request deletion of your information at any time.
Disclaimers and liability
BufferUp is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted delivery by third-party platforms and are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss resulting from use of the service.
Changes and contact
