Contact support

Getting started

  1. Create an account and create or select your organization.
  2. Add a client workspace to keep its channels and content together.
  3. Connect a social channel, then create your first post.
Open your dashboard →

Connecting channels

Open a client's Channels page, select the network, and follow its sign-in steps. Choose the correct account or Page when prompted.

If a connection expires or access changes, reconnect the channel before scheduling more content. Availability depends on the network and your account's eligibility.

Manage channels →

Scheduling & publishing

Select the client and channel, write your post, and attach any media. Save a draft, send it for review, or schedule it using the actions available to your role.

Check the publishing status after the scheduled time. Failed posts keep their error message so you can identify what needs fixing.

Account & team access

Manage your profile and sign-in security in Settings. Organization admins can invite teammates and update their roles through Roles & Permissions.

Memberships & billing

Plans belong to your organization. When billing is available, organization admins can manage subscriptions, payment methods, and billing history in Plans & Billing.

Common questions

Why can’t I connect a social account?

Check that you are signing in to the right account and can manage the Page, profile, or channel you want to connect. Some networks require a professional account or provider approval. Contact support with the network name and the error you see if access is refused.

What should I do when a post fails?

Open the failed post and read its error message. Check the channel connection and any media requirements, then correct the issue before trying again. Check the social network for an existing post first to avoid publishing a duplicate.

Who can manage memberships and payments?

Organization admins manage member invitations and roles. When billing is available, they can also choose an organization plan and manage subscription payments. Regular members should contact their organization admin for billing changes.

How do I request account or data deletion?

Follow the Data Deletion page and email support from the address associated with your account. Disconnecting a social channel removes its stored connection credentials.

For privacy requests, see Data Deletion or Privacy Policy.
