Disconnect a social channel
Open BufferUp Settings, select Channels, choose the connected channel, and disconnect it. BufferUp removes the stored authorization credentials and records associated with that channel. You can also revoke BufferUp from the connected platform’s own Apps and Websites settings.
Meta platform deletion requests
When Instagram or Threads sends BufferUp a valid deauthorization or data-deletion request, BufferUp verifies that the request was signed by Meta and removes the matching social connection, encrypted authorization credentials, and dependent BufferUp post records.
Request complete account deletion
Email info@nexifyme.com from the address associated with your BufferUp account. Include your organization name and state that you are requesting account deletion. We may ask you to verify ownership before processing the request.
What to expect
We will acknowledge email requests and process verified deletion requests within 30 days. Limited records may be retained when required for security, fraud prevention, legal obligations, or provider-controlled backups.
